3Cs SNAPSHOT COURSE
You’ve Solved Problems Your Whole Career.
You Still Start From Scratch Every Time.
The 3Cs is the way to work through any challenge.
What Happens When You Face A Challenge
It isn’t that you don’t know enough.
A new challenge shows up. You pull together what you know, bring in the people you trust, and start working it. Sometimes it moves. Sometimes it stalls.
When it stalls you push harder. That looks like more opinions, more meetings, another look at the numbers. The challenge doesn’t get clearer. It gets bigger. You’re going at this one the way you go at all of them, off instinct and experience and whatever is in front of you that week. That carries you a long way until it doesn’t.
What It Costs To Start Over Every Time
The challenge is not the expensive part.
With no set way to work a challenge through, a new one costs you more than it should. You spend more time sorting what matters from what doesn’t, more meetings that end where they started, more trying something and adjusting and trying it again.
The expensive part is the time between seeing the challenge and knowing how to move on it. The longer that goes on, the more your team fills it in on their own.
The 3Cs Snapshot Course
The process Pat uses with every client, taught so you can do it on your own.
What It Is
Short video lessons take you through the whole process, one stage at a time. Worksheets and templates come with it, so you can put the process on a live challenge while you’re still taking the course.
Leaders keep asking Pat how he thinks through their toughest challenges. This is his answer.
Pat puts it this way. A whittler carves off everything that isn’t needed until what he pictured is the only thing left. That’s what you’re doing to a challenge with the 3Cs. Everything that doesn’t matter comes off, and what’s left is a decision you can act on. Go, or no-go.
What You’ll Learn
Four modules. Each one builds on the last.
The 3Cs Process
The full Clarify, Chart, Co-Align process. How the three stages fit together, what each one asks of you, and the path from where you are to where you want to be. You get the whole thing before you start putting it to work.
Balancing the Science and the Art
Proven approaches work, right up until you copy one without adjusting it. This is how you take what worked somewhere else and fit it to your situation. That adjustment is the difference between a solution that holds and one that comes apart in month two.
Asking Laser-Focused Questions
The right question beats the right answer. Learn to ask the ones that pull out what you don’t know, cut through the noise, and leave you with only what matters for moving on it. This is the skill that speeds up everything else.
Closing the Knowledge Gap
Your team can’t contribute what they don’t understand. This is how you bring the right people in at the right time, give them enough context to add something real, and keep everybody rowing in the same direction.

Start With What You Already Know
When a challenge won’t move, the first thing you reach for is more information. Another opinion, another meeting, one more round of digging at the part you can’t see yet.
That’s the wrong end to start from.
Try the other end. Get clear on what you already know. What you’re trying to accomplish, what’s in the way, what has to happen and what can’t, who has to be with you on it. You know a lot of that already. It’s scattered across conversations, decisions you made months ago, and things you noticed and never wrote down. Once it’s in front of you the path starts to show itself, and what you don’t know turns from a vague worry into a short list of questions you can go answer.
That’s the order. Clarify what you know. Then go after what you don’t.
Think about ten steps between where you are and where you want to be. You can see the first few. Step six is the one you’re worried about.
You don’t need step six today. You need enough clarity on the steps you can see to start moving, and step six shows itself once you’re in motion.
Who This Is For
The 3Cs Snapshot Course is built for you if
- You’re leading a growing company, and you can describe the challenge in front of you but you can’t break it into something you can act on.
- You’ve been solving problems on instinct and experience, and you want a way you can repeat and hand to your team.
- You’d rather work through it yourself, with the tools in your hands, than hand the challenge to somebody outside your company.
Rather have Pat drive it with you?
The 3Cs Snapshot Course hands you the process so you can work a challenge on your own. Some challenges you don’t want to drive. The stakes are high, the people involved are senior, or you’ve been circling it long enough that you know you’re too close to see it straight.
That’s 3Cs Scoped. Pat gets inside the one thing that won’t move, with you and your team, and runs the same three stages this course teaches. You end up with a roadmap you can act on and a team aligned behind it.
3Cs Scoped is the better fit if
- You can name the one thing that won’t move, and you’ve been circling it for a while.
- The decision touches too many people, and nobody’s looking at the same picture.
- You’re leading the company and managing the process at the same time, so it only moves when you have time.

Meet Pat Alacqua
Business Growth Strategist
I started a company at 24 and built it into an internationally recognized brand, then sold it to a private equity firm. After that came start-ups, acquisitions, turnarounds and interim executive roles. I’ve been working with CEOs, founders and their leadership teams ever since, helping them fix and prevent what growth breaks.
The 3Cs came out of my own trial and error. I kept struggling to tell one challenge from the next with everything else competing for the same time, money and people. So I built a way to sort it that anybody can pick up and use.
I’ve used it in my own companies and with the leaders I work with, on problems that kept coming back and on opportunities worth real money. It was a working process for years before it was ever a course.
It’s the same process I use with every client. This course is me teaching it to you so you can do it on your own.
What This Process Has Done For Other Leaders
These leaders collaborated with Pat directly. The process he used with them is the process this course teaches.

“Pat’s attention to detail, his thoughtful questions, and his focus on tackling the issue at hand allows me to clarify and focus in on exactly what I need to be successful. Each time I approach a hurdle or problem, knowing I have a plan in place and the guidance to execute it, increases my confidence in taking action.”
Ventus Risk Management

“Whenever I have a big challenge ahead in my business, I call Pat for help in guiding me through it. As an entrepreneur, having access to someone who understands and has experienced how to overcome the issues that arise in scaling a business is invaluable to my success.”

The only question is whether you go at it the way you did the last one.
